Semi-automatic parking facility – Max Combi

A semi-automatic parking facility based on a cantilever platform for level 1 service, which allows the doubling/tripling the amount of parking spaces in parking basements. The facility comes in two typical configurations that include two parking levels (without or without a pit) or three parking levels (including a pit). The facility combines the upwards/downwards and left/right movement of trays, in order to double or triple the parking spaces in the basement independently of each other.

Advantages:

  • Allows the adding of parking spaces without creating a pit in normal parking basements. In this way, it is possible to add parking spaces at the -1 level in addition to multipliers at the -2 level.
  • Provides a high level of service (facility without front posts).
  • Comfortable maneuvering and uninterrupted opening driver/passenger doors.
  • Trays without slots for comfortable walking.
  • Smart control system which allows entering/exiting a vehicle by a mere passing of the chip (requires the installation of external gates).
Properties
  • A cantilever platform that allows assembly in narrow places.
  • An open front part (rear anchorage) which allows a minimum 520 cm installation length (increasing the turning radius at the entrance to the installation).
  • A cantilever platform without columns in the front, which provides parking at service level 1.
  • Adding roll-up gates without columns in the front, for maximum maneuvering space when entering/exiting the facility.
