Underground Parking Facilities

A doubling/tripling underground (hidden) parking system

A hidden parking multiplier, which allows one or two vehicles to be parked underground. The system is completely hidden in the underground shaft and makes it possible to drive on top of the facility in order to pass and access other parking spaces.

The upper surface can be covered so as to fit into the development of the environment.

Advantages:

  • When closed, no columns or protruding elements stick out of the system.
  • Especially suitable for access roads, courtyards (between the boundary of a building and the boundary of a lot), or buildings for preservation.
  • Allows free travel on top of the facility in all directions.
  • The vehicle parked in the facility is protected and exposed only upon lifting the facility in order to bring the vehicle out.
  • A variety of possible coverings – Ackerstein stones, synthetic grass, thin, stone-like rubber surfaces.

Properties:

  • One or two floors of underground parking.
  • High level of operational and functional safety.
  • The safety parking key prevents the possibility of leaving the facility unless it is fully closed.
  • Parking on the upper surface is possible, when the facility is located at the end of the lane.

Underground (hidden) doubling/tripling parking system with a double platform

A hidden doubling/tripling parking system with a double platform, which allows parking 2 or 4 vehicles (simultaneously) below ground level. The facility is completely hidden in the underground shaft and makes it possible to drive on top of the facility in order to pass and access other parking spaces.

The upper surface can be covered so as to fit into the development of the environment.

Advantages:

  • A double underground platform makes it possible to park 2 or 4 vehicles underground, at the same time.
  • The facility can be used as a particularly wide parking lot for a disabled vehicle or for special needs.

Properties:

  • One/two-level underground parking, with a double platform.
  • High level of operational and functional safety.
  • The safety parking key prevents the possibility of leaving the facility unless it is fully closed.
  • Parking on the upper surface is possible, when the facility is located at the end of the lane.
