Founded in 2009, the company is engaged in the design, development, supply, assembly and service of mechanical and robotic parking facilities for real-estate projects throughout Israel.
In recent years, the company has been growing in an increasing pace, resulting from a corresponding upsurge in the volume of its clientele and the number of projects it carries out. The company has a long-standing reputation and a wide-ranging portfolio of designated products which allows it to provide comprehensive solutions to real-estate projects in general and projects of urban renewal in particular. The company is one of the leading providers of mechanical and robotic parking solutions in Israel. As of today, the company had delivered over 250 projects that include parking facilities with an aggregate scope of thousands of parking spaces.
In July 2022 Parkomat became a public company that is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Its current shareholders include institutional investors such as Mor Investment House Ltd. and Meitav Dash Investments Ltd. Other investors include the Noked Capital hedge fund, the Israel-Canada real-estate group and the prominent Aura real-estate company. These parties provide the company with a solid financial foundation.
To date, the company has delivered over 250 projects with an aggregate scope of thousands of parking spaces.
Parkomat has a planning department that assists architects, traffic engineers and entrepreneurs in matching the best parking solution for the project. The company’s planning and execution teams provide the client with ongoing support in all stages of the planning process, starting from the drawing board, through obtaining the necessary permits, and up to the installation of the parking basements.
Parkomat has established as part of its headquarters the largest Service & Control center of its kind in Israel, which supports thousands of parking spaces assembled by the company. The center has real-time camera access as well as a secure connection to all the parking lots, which allows quick and efficient remote troubleshooting.
The company currently has about 60 employees and its offices are located in Nes Ziona, Israel.
